Acceptance of Terms

By using ThetaSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

App Description

ThetaSync is a meditation and personal growth companion app that provides: an AI-powered belief exploration coach, Source guided meditation, daily affirmations, belief database management, and release & transform guidance.

This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by ThetaHealing®, THInK Institute, or any official healing organization. ThetaHealing® is a registered trademark of THInK Institute. Techniques such as "muscle testing" referenced in the app are self-exploration exercises and are not scientifically validated diagnostic methods.

User Responsibilities

When using ThetaSync, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal meditation and personal growth purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Understand that the AI coach is an assistive tool and not a replacement for a qualified practitioner or healthcare professional

AI Features

ThetaSync's AI features are powered by third-party services including Google Gemini and Google Cloud TTS. AI-generated responses are provided for guidance and informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for any advice or responses provided by the AI features. Availability of AI features depends on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable due to service disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content within the ThetaSync app, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, code, and audio, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your personal belief data and conversation records belong to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThetaSync and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Data & Backups

Your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, loss, or app deletion. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your data using the in-app export feature.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

ThetaSync offers free features and a paid subscription plan (Premium). Regarding subscriptions, please note:

• Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: on iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, go to Google Play > Subscriptions.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions if not canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or by posting on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law principles.
